Autumn invites us to pay attention.
As the earth gathers what has been tended through the growing season, we’re reminded that harvest is more than collecting what we’ve produced. It is the practice of recognizing what holds meaning and choosing what is worthy of our continued care.
Every person lives within an ecosystem. Our habits, relationships, work, and communities shape the conditions in which we grow. As the season changes, we’ll ask: Are the ecosystems we’ve built sustaining us? What is ready to be harvested? What has completed its work and can return to the soil?
Through movement, meditation, reflective writing, and conversation, this six-hour retreat invites you to slow down, learn from the wisdom of autumn, and explore the practice of intentional release over the thirteen weeks of the season.
The question is not simply who you are becoming. The question is: What kind of ecosystem does your life make possible?
Please bring your yoga mat if you have one; a limited number of yoga mats will be available to borrow. Please share any accessibility needs and/or dietary restrictions during registration.

The autumn retreat will be led by Shakira Bethea. With over a decade of experience as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist, Shakira’s deep commitment to embodied living has evolved over time, shaping her brand Rhythmic Bloom.
She guides others on a transformative journey of spiritual and personal growth, helping them reset after grief, depression, and life’s hardships. Through loving honesty and mindful movement, she supports individuals in finding resonance, reclaiming their rhythm, and embracing a life of deeper connection and purpose.
